On June 1, 2024, Kwame had the pleasure of organizing the long-awaited “Correr para Viver” sports activity…

on the seafront promenade of Luanda Island. This memorable event stood out as a day full of health, energy and friendship, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among the participants.

A Morning of Health and Energy
The activity started early, with a 6-kilometer run that brought together runners of all ages, different companies and levels of experience. The participants showed admirable determination and team spirit, facing the challenge with enthusiasm and resilience. To ensure that everyone was prepared for the race, the morning began with warm-up exercises and blood pressure control sessions, an essential measure to ensure the runners’ fitness.

The Course and the Experience
From the starting point at the iconic Jango Veleiro to the finish line at Café Del Mar, the atmosphere was full of enthusiasm and mutual support. Runners enjoyed stunning views along the route, encouraging each other and sharing the spirit of camaraderie that defined the event. The positive energy and support among the participants was palpable, making the race a true celebration of life and health.

Honoring the Winners
At the end of the race, special congratulations went to the three winners who crossed the finish line in first, second and third place. These exemplary athletes were recognized for their outstanding performance and awarded trophies. Their victories, however, were only part of the event, which was above all a celebration of collective effort and commitment to health and well-being.

A Celebration of Collective Effort
More than a competition, “Correr para viver” was an event that united people around a common goal: promoting a healthy lifestyle. Kwame would like to thank all the participants. Their contribution helped create an environment of support and encouragement, reinforcing the importance of taking care of your health through physical activity.

Looking to the future
Kwame remains committed to promoting health and well-being in the community. “Run to Live” was just one example of what we can achieve together, and we look forward to organizing more events that inspire and motivate everyone to adopt a more active and healthy lifestyle.

Stay tuned for future Kwame events and initiatives, where we will continue to promote health, energy and friendship. Because together we can run to live better!
